I offer personal training sessions and classes that utilize the skills of boxing. You can learn how to box while getting a great workout. I use the same workouts that I used to teach in my classes for 5 years. $50 per 1hr private lesson.I have trained professional athletes and boxing is a great sport to cross-train young athletes for endurance, speed, quickness, balance, hand-eye coordination, explosiveness, and winning strategies.
